Markus Moser

Markus Moser is Managing Director of Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH.

In addition, he performs responsibilities in the areas of data protection and compliance and is jointly responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and ethical requirements, which are of great importance at Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH.

During his studies and legal clerkship, he worked in the legal department of a large life insurance company, a notary’s office and a major law firm in the areas of M&A and capital market law.

Before joining Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH, Markus Moser worked for several years in a medium-sized law firm in the field of banking and capital market law. The focus was on representing victims in the area of investment fraud.

In his free time, Markus Moser loves to spend time with his wife and friends in the various bouldering halls in Munich. Weekends are often used for board games with friends. In summer, he can also often be found on the beach volleyball court.
