Markus Moser

Markus Moser is Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH. He is responsible for the company’s compliance with legal and ethical requirements, which are very important to the company.

in 2019, Markus Moser passed the Second State Examination in Law at the Higher Regional Court District of Munich.

During his studies and legal clerkship, he worked in the legal department of a large life insurance company, a notary’s office and a major law firm in the areas of M&A and capital market law.

Before joining Gerd Kommer Invest GmbH, Markus Moser worked for several years in a medium-sized law firm in the field of banking and capital market law. The focus was on representing victims in the area of investment fraud.

In his free time, Markus Moser loves to spend time with his wife and friends in the various bouldering halls in Munich. Weekends are often used for board games with friends. In summer, it can also often be found on the beach volleyball court.
